    As the Founder and CEO of Robertson Bell, Stuart leads the overall direction and strategy of the business. His hands on approach is uncommon as is his aspiration to grow and expand the business primarily through an Academy model.  Stuart prides himself on creating opportunity and supporting and developing his team, something that is demonstrated by the fact that every Manager at Robertson Bell has been promoted from within.

    James joined the business in November 2023 to help drive Robertson Bell’s growth. Before this James spent 17 years working for an international recruitment agency where amongst other high profile leadership roles he ran their public sector and not for profit businesses when it was one of the most successful divisions globally. He recruited into the social housing sector growing it into a market leading practice whilst personally recruiting over 60 high profile CFO/Director of Resources roles across this period. More recently James has been running one of the UK’s leading residential recruitment businesses. His primary focus is on customer experience and staff development.

    After graduating from University, Matt joined Robertson Bell in July 2014 as part of our academy program. It didn’t take long for him to show a real passion and flare for recruitment, one that has seen him go on to become the Director of our Growth team. Matt's unwavering high standards, incredible knowledge of our sectors and enthusiastic approach enable him to be a highly efficient and successful leader, popular with clients, candidates and of course, his team.

    Heading up our Client Relationship team Mark currently works with not for profit and public sector organisations looking to expand their finance teams.  Mark’s enthusiastic and positive personality combined with his excellent communication skills and knowledge of the sector have enabled him to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. A popular and well-respected member of the RB team Mark joined Robertson Bell in 2016 after playing professional football for Kettering Town for 3 years.

    Katie is the Manager of the permanent team specialising in permanent roles within the Charity & Housing and wider not for profit Sector and began her career as a Recruitment Consultant within Accountancy & Finance over seven and a half years ago. Since joining Robertson Bell, Katie has ensured seamless recruitment and onboarding processes are always delivered and she prides herself on delivering excellent customer service to both candidates and clients at all times. She’s also had the chance to lead on several successful retained campaigns for high profile clients that we’ve been proud to work with.

    Stuart is our Interim Team Manager leading on interim recruitment within the Social Housing sector. After joining the business in early 2018, he established himself quickly as a leading consultant with a real skill at pairing talented individuals with successful organisations. Promoted to a Manager in 2021, Stuart has a well-established network and is the go-to person for housing sector knowledge, providing his clients with the best talent the market has to offer.

    Mohini graduated with a First-Class Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics which lead to her working in finance for 2 and a half years in an investment and acquisitions role. She also gained a certificate in Financial Modelling and Valuation Analysis from the Corporate Finance Institute. Mohini’s background, and analytical mind has proved invaluable in her role to dissect client’s requirements and match these to candidates with the perfect skillset. She manages our interim team and specialises in the charity sector.

    After spending four years in the Recruitment industry in Australia, Chloe moved back to the UK and now manages Robertson Bell’s Business Operations team. As Business Operations Manager, Chloe oversees candidate compliance and payroll, ensures we are up to date with all legal requirements, provides internal recruits with a seamless joining process, is responsible for many areas relating to our internal employees and makes sure that the operational day to day tasks within the business are completed to a high standard.

    Working within our Client Relationship team Andy specialises in roles within the Government and Education Sector. After graduating from the RB academy in 2016, it didn’t take long for Andy to make a real impact. He has worked tirelessly day in and out to forge and develop our name and as a result he was promoted to Business Manager in December 2019 as recognition for his exceptional efforts. Andy is known both internally and by our clients for providing an incomparable level of service.

    James joined Robertson Bell in 2019 and has gone on to build a fantastic network of candidates and clients. Focusing on interim roles within the government sector he has shown a skill for providing exceptional customer service, consistently receiving positive feedback from candidates and clients alike.     After completing a BA in Geography and enjoying several months living and working as an English teacher in Vietnam, Kathryn  decided to return to the UK and found her place at Robertson Bell. Specialising in permanent roles within the UK and international charity market, Kathryn has flourished in her role which resulted in her being promoted to Business Manager in 2023. Kathryn prides herself on being a transparent, genuine recruiter who adds value to the sector she truly cares about.

    Lesley joined Robertson Bell in 2013 specialising in the recruitment of fundraising professionals, after working in recruitment for over 20 years, it was time for a change of direction. With her exceptional organisational skills, it was only fitting that she move into an EA role to support our CEO. Lesley also adopted the role of Head of Collections, keeping her in contact with our clients, an interaction that she hugely enjoys.
