We are excited to collaborated with this established organisation as they go to market for a Trainee HR Administrator on a permanent basis. This role will provide you with exposure to all aspects of HR while offering study support for your CIPD qualification.

In this role, you will be:

  • Playing a key role in onboarding new staff, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start to their journey.
  • Driving the recruitment process by posting job adverts, preparing comprehensive recruitment packs, and supporting structural changes.
  • Mastering HR systems while maintaining precise, up-to-date records to ensure seamless operations.
  • Gaining hands-on experience in critical HR functions, such as assisting with HR cases and navigating policy changes.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure job postings and updates are effectively communicated on the website.
  • Providing essential support for payroll data management, ensuring accuracy for smooth payroll processing.
  • Managing crucial document updates and system edits, contributing to efficient HR operations.

Based in Roehampton, this opportunity offers fantastic employee benefits including a study support package, excellent annual leave allowance and wellbeing benefits. The successful candidate will be required to work five days per week onsite initially, with scope to discuss hybrid working once established in the role.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a degree (desirable but not essential).
  • Be interested in pursuing a CIPD qualification.
  • Be organised, motivated, and eager to develop their career in HR.
  • Have strong written communication skills.
  • Be proactive and open to learning from a diverse range of HR activities.
  • Ideally have some HR-related work experience or internships.
