Robertson Bell is delighted to be supporting our client in recruiting a Temporary Part-Time Finance Officer for an initial 6-month contract. This role is based in East London with a hybrid working model and offers the flexibility of a four-day working week (with the occasional need for five).

The Temporary Part Time Finance Officer's main responsibilities will include:

  • Raising sales ledger invoices and uploading them into the CRM system.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders and chasing payments, ensuring excellent customer service for both internal and external contacts.
  • Reconciling ledgers and updating Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Managing the finance inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an accounts receivable/credit control role.
  • Proficiency in financial accounting software and advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs, SUM functions, pivot tables).
  • An accounting qualification or a part qualification in AAT, ACCA or CIMA.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
