My client is offering a three-month contract to support the production of monthly management accounts, as well as to complete reconciliation work ahead of year-end. The role is based in London on a hybrid basis.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, supporting P&L and balance sheet reporting.
- Help with variance analysis, identifying key trends and assisting in commentary for senior finance teams.
- Support balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and assisting in the resolution of discrepancies.
- Process invoices, accruals, and prepayments, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Work closely with the wider finance team to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist with ad hoc financial reporting and analysis as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Part-qualified or studying towards ACCA/CIMA/AAT.
- Experience in supporting with the production of management accounts and year end financial statements
- A proactive mindset with an interest in process improvement.
- Good Excel skills and ability to work with financial data.
