Senior Receivables Officer

Robertson Bell is partnering with a large housing association to recruit an experienced Senior Receivables Officer to join their team.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the housing rent ledger system, including:
- Oversee the rent ledger system, being well at ease in using this
- Uploading and reconciling daily bank statements and housing benefit payments
- Monitoring and resolving suspense accounts
- Providing daily reporting and oversight to a select few within the housing team
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience working with rent ledger systems, ideally NEC/Universal Housing
- Strong background in housing association finance operations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proven leadership skills to manage and develop a small team
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a hands-on, senior finance role within a large, respected housing association. The salary range is £35,000 - £38,000 per annum.
