The key duties of this School Business Manager are as follows:

• Lead and inspire teams across finance, HR, IT, facilities, and ancillary services.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and resource management to ensure value for money.
• Oversee the development and implementation of the school’s ICT strategy and management systems.
• Manage recruitment, appraisal, and professional development for non-teaching staff.
• Ensure the school environment remains safe, secure, and conducive to learning by managing health & safety and site maintenance.
• Work closely with the Headteacher and Governing Body to shape the school’s strategic vision.
