Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing the long-term financial plan and aligning it with strategic goals
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders to provide insights for key decision-making
• Performing financial modelling, scenario analysis, and stress testing to assess and manage risk
• Regularly reforecasting the long-term plan to reflect changing conditions
• Completing regulatory returns to ensure compliance with sector requirements
• Reviewing the annual budget and ensuring it is consistent with the long-term financial strategy

This role requires a 40% on-site presence in North London, providing a blend of remote and office-based work. It is particularly well-suited for someone seeking reduced hours while continuing to make a significant contribution to an organisation’s financial planning.

The right candidate will:

• Be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience in the Housing sector
• Have strong skills in financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Have excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
• Apply a knowledge of Brixx financial planning software - this is highly desirable, though not essential
