Part Time Finance Officer (Term Time Only)

Robertson Bell are pleased to partner with a pulbic sector organisation located in South London to recruit for a Part Time Finance Officer position, working 3 days per week, specifically only in term time. As the Part Time Finance Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of this vibrant public sector organisation. Your key duties will include:

• Getting stuck in with the accounts payable function, processing 40-50 invoices and purchase orders per week
• Bank reconciliations and VAT returns
• Assisting with payroll
• Handling cash receipts from school events and lettings

The organisation do great work and boast a brilliant flexible work environment, aiding any candidate in achieving that ideal work life balance. This role will be paying between £29,000 and £30,000.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong knowledge of financial management systems like FMS.
• Strong experience within a financial environment, being well adept on both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• A flexible, collaborative approach to supporting the wider team.
