Urgent Part-Time Charity Finance Consultant – Outside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Interim Charity Finance Consultant to support a dynamic charity through a crucial period of transition. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional with strong charity accounting expertise who can provide immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with charity financial regulations.
• Prepare management accounts, forecasts, and budgets to aid decision-making.
• Lead with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure smooth financial reporting.
• Work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with relevant charity finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of charity SORP and restricted/unrestricted funding.
• Proficiency in Xero.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
