We are partnering with a unique organisation going through an exciting transitional phase to recruit a Management Accountant. This role offers the chance to become an integral part of the finance team, with varied responsibilities and the opportunity to influence key decision-making processes.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead in the production of monthly management accounts, including income analysis and reporting.
  • Support the forecasting process and collaborate with senior finance leaders on budgeting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with budget holders across both the commercial and non-profit sides of the organisation.
  • Provide data analysis, financial insights, value propositions for new initiatives and oversee a large proportion of restricted funds.
  • Contribute to the development of a new finance system, providing input on processes during the next six months.

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have experience working with restricted funds and management accounts.
  • Be qualified or part-qualified but qualified by experience candidates will also be considered.
  • Possess excellent Excel skills and be IT-literate, with a curious and proactive approach to learning.
  • Demonstrate experience working in environments with intercompany relationships.
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, ever-evolving culture that encourages innovation and a positive attitude.
