Robertson Bell are excited to partner with a renowned organisation to recruit a Junior Management Accountant role on a two-year fixed term contract. In this role you will be preparing management accounts, liaising with stakeholders and getting involved in budgeting and forecasting process!

In this Junior Management Accountant position, you will:

  • Take ownership at month end and oversee the entire management accounts process from start to finish.
  • Liaise with Directors and Heads of Departments to talk through financial functions such as month end and budgeting.
  • Delve deep into financial data and provide bespoke analysis.
  • Support the Finance Business Partner on the transactional duties, being their go to point of contact.
  • Expand your skillset by undertaking a wide variety of different responsibilities within the management accounts and business partnering functions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience undertaking management accounts duties, feeling comfortable seeing through the month end process from start to finish.
  • Advanced excel skills, being confident with sum ifs, pivot tables and VLOOKUPS.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively liaise with senor stakeholders.
  • Ideally, worked within the charity or wider not-for-profit sector previously.
