Interim Year End Accountant - Remote - Oracle Experience Needed

Are you a qualified accountant with Oracle Cloud experience? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make an immediate impact? We’re looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Year End Accountant to support  a well known organisation’s finance team through year-end and during a vital transition in finance system and process improvements.

This role can be offered on a fully remote, my client is seeking someone to get started ASAP and is offering an initial five month contract with a high possibility of extension.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning key aspects of the year-end process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Tackling balance sheet reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring best practices
• Supporting the production of statutory accounts, ensuring compliance and clarity
• Working closely on subsidiary accounts, bringing structure and oversight to complex reporting
• Assessing current financial processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Recommending and implementing process efficiencies, particularly in how Oracle Cloud is used
