In this exciting role, you will take on a variety of key responsibilities, including:
- Providing crucial administrative support, including accurate data entry.
- Assisting with the coding of Section 106 invoices.
- Managing service charge disputes.
- Handling leaseholder queries with efficiency and professionalism.
To succeed, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a busy Service Charge or Leasehold department.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to address customer queries effectively and efficiently.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset to hit the ground running.
