Interim Finance Business Partner

Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner with a mix of management accounting and business partnering expertise? Can you support operational teams while ensuring financial accuracy and insight? Do you want to add value to a West London social housing provider during a period of transformation?

This 18-month fixed-term contract will provide additional capacity to the finance team at a critical time. The role will be a key link between finance and operational teams, supporting month-end processes while also delivering financial insight to budget holders across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and delivering management accounts to support month-end processes.
• Partnering with operational teams to provide financial insight and influence decision-making.
• Supporting financial management of technical housing areas such as property services, repairs and maintenance, rent, and service charges.

This role is a great opportunity to work within a West London social housing provider going through meaningful operational change while shaping and influencing financial reporting and business decision-making. The successful candidate will benefit from a hybrid working model, with the flexibility to balance on-site and remote work (2 days in the office per week).

• A finance professional with experience in both management accounting and business partnering.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence non-finance stakeholders.
• Prior social housing finance experience is desirable but not essential—the role can be tailored to the candidate’s strengths.
