A commercially driven not-for-profit organisation in Kent is seeking an Interim Finance Business Partner to play a critical role in their ongoing transformation program, on an 18-month FTC. The initiative spans multiple work streams, including customer journey enhancements, operational modelling, IT/data transformation, and system upgrades. As the dedicated finance resource for the program, you will ensure financial excellence and provide strategic insight to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and managing robust financial reporting for the transformation program.
  • Ensuring compliance with proper accounting standards.
  • Partnering with project stakeholders to deliver on financial objectives.
  • Presenting a cohesive financial narrative to senior leaders and executives.

The ideal candidate will bring significant finance expertise (qualified or qualified by experience) and experience working on organisational change or system transformation projects. Strong communication and business partnering skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Qualified accountant (or qualified by experience) with a proven track record in Project-driven roles, like Transformation programs, Change initiatives, modernisation, or system upgrades.
  • Strong ability to manage complex financial reporting and present to senior leadership, with strong communication and Business Partnering skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
