Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with team management experience? Do you have a background in sales ledger, credit control, and reconciliations, and thrive in a leadership role? Are you looking for a flexible hybrid working arrangement?

We are recruiting for an Interim Accounts Receivable Team Leader on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent. Our client is based in West Midlands, operating on a hybrid working model.

The Interim Accounts Receivable Team Leader’s responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supervising a team of clerks, ensuring daily targets are met.
  • Overseeing sales ledger processes, including bank reconciliations, and credit control.
  • Chasing outstanding payments and managing client credit control.
  • Preparing and analysing financial reports with Excel.

The successful Interim Accounts Receivable Team Leader will have:

  • Proven people management or supervisory experience (even managing a small team counts!).
  • Strong sales ledger, credit control, and balance sheet reconciliation expertise.
  • Experience working in a larger organisation, ideally multinational.
  • Excel proficiency – ability to update and operate spreadsheets confidently.
