The Role

As Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering financial insight and strategic support across key operational areas. This role is central to ensuring financial sustainability and value for money across both operating budgets and major capital programmes. Based in Central London (with hybrid working available), you'll be joining a collaborative team working across a large and diverse estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial finance support to senior stakeholders across numerous directorates 

• Build strong relationships with budget holders, supporting financial decision-making

• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including regular in-year updates

• Provide cashflow forecasting and oversight for capital projects

• Lead on month-end management accounting processes and variance analysis

• Perform ad hoc financial analysis, journal postings, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Play a proactive role in continuous improvement across financial processes and controls

• Fully qualified accountant – essential

• 1–2 years of business partnering experience

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Commercial mindset and an analytical, solution-focused approach

• Comfortable working with complex budgets and capital projects
