Robertson Bell are once again partnering with this impressive £200m organisation whilst they recruit to a permanent Finance Business Partner role. In this role you will be instrumental in providing financial analysis and support across various business areas. You will work closely with senior management and budget holders to ensure informed decision-making, fostering a culture of financial awareness, and drive continuous improvement within our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality financial insights to support effective decision-making.
  • Engage with stakeholders, providing robust analysis and ensuring compliance with budgetary controls.
  • Participate in the annual business planning process, enhancing communication and support for financial forecasting.
  • Build strong relationships across teams, serving as a trusted adviser on financial matters.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant qualifications (degree and full accountancy qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or CIPFA).
  • Proven experience as a proactive finance business partner in a professional setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and financial governance.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distil complex data into actionable insights.
