This well-known organisation is currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be providing critical financial support and advice to the organisation’s most high-profile and complex division, facilitating enhanced business performance through the provision of sound financial insights to support decision making.

The key duties of this Finance Business Partner are as follows:

  • Build trusted working relationships with senior stakeholders, providing accurate financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Lead on financial and resource matters, supporting business strategy development and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver analysis and insight on business opportunities, providing scenarios and options for key business decisions.
  • Support the preparation of business cases, offering strategic advice and long-term impact assessments.
  • Lead on the financial planning process, ensuring budget holders are equipped with the knowledge to make informed decisions.

This role will be based out of their London office, although opportunities to work from home will be on offer for up to three days per week!

The successful candidate will have:

  • Fully qualified accountant (CCAB) with strong technical knowledge.
  • Proven experience in a business partnering role within a complex organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial audiences.
