If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing finance team in a newly restructured role as a Finance Business Partner. We are seeking experienced finance professionals to help guide key strategic decisions for across multiple locations, with a focus on enhancing the quality of financial reporting and stakeholder confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial insight across up to four organisations in the group and central departments, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Rebuild confidence in financial data by producing timely, accurate reports and analysis.
  • Act as the primary financial advisor to senior stakeholders, including department leads, offering critical insights into risks, opportunities, and performance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prepare and review budgets, plan for potential slippages, and ensure long-term financial sustainability.
  • Support the year-end processes, audits, and system integrations, ensuring a smooth financial transition.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A fully qualified Accountant (essential) with proven experience in financial business partnering.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel between Kettering, Corby, and Wisbech, with the option for remote working during off-peak periods.
