The Bar Council is the Approved Regulator for the Bar of England and Wales. The organisation also represents over 16,000 practising barristers, and supports the efficient operation of criminal and civil courts by providing a diverse talent pool from which a significant proportion of the judiciary is drawn.
Robertson Bell was appointed as a specialist recruitment partner to The Bar Council in 2015, and over the past five years we have worked on all 30 of the organisation’s finance recruitment campaigns – ranging from transactional and entry-level posts, to mid-senior level roles.
Our ability to deliver is evidenced by our long-standing relationship with The Bar Council, whose hiring managers trust us to always go the extra mile and provide outstanding results that match their exacting requirements.
Robertson Bell is able to deploy a broad range of impressive assets to match the demands of each recruitment assignment. In addition to targeted advertising and bespoke headhunt campaigns, our most productive resource is often our candidate database of almost 100K professionals in the Public and Not-for-Profit sectors.
By working closely with The Bar Council for a number of years, our consultants have developed a deep understanding of the organisation’s unique demands. This ensures we present only those candidates whose skills and experience are closely aligned with role requirements. And by creating rigorous selection processes, we can relieve much of the burden from busy hiring managers by presenting condensed, high-quality shortlists for each vacancy.
Over the past five years, Robertson Bell has been involved in all of The Bar Council’s finance recruitment campaigns, successfully placing 20 high-calibre professionals from diverse backgrounds.
Our specialist expertise coupled with the remarkable connectivity of our consultants has enabled us to engage with many dynamic, high-value candidates who have subsequently added enormous value to the client’s Finance Team.
